All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. A twenty-five foot access <br /> easement shall extend to Parcel 3. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum <br /> depth)and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. Drainage for each parcel shall <br /> be calculated prior to release of Building Permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 4. Any construction activity that results in the disturbance over one(1)acre of soil shall require <br /> a state NPDES construction permit. <br /> 5. This area has been subject to historic flooding. Therefore,prior to recording, a note shall be <br /> added to the Parcel Map that specifies that all neNN and substantially improved structures on <br /> Parcels 1, 2, and 3 shall have their finished floor elevations elevated a minimum of two (2) <br /> feet above the highest adjacent grade. <br /> DG:SH:ar <br />
