Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated June 18, 2002, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Final Map approval, an addendum with correction to noted items shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> Final Map approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate <br /> loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated February 14, 2003, has been submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department and not reviewed yet. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). y p <br /> Page 1 of 2 f0, <br />
