REVIEW OF AVAILABLE LOCAL DATA <br /> At present we have not found any data indicating the site would need testing of the soil, air or <br /> water. During the preparation of the Soil Suitability Study the water from the existing well at the <br /> residence will be tested for DBCP and Nitrates. The remote location of the site and the absence of <br /> industrial and manufacturing activities indicate further studies at this site are not warranted. The <br /> site was visited in June, 2002 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT RECORDS REVIEW <br /> On June 17th, 2002, a search and review was made at the EHD in Stockton, California of the <br /> following : <br /> 1. Repairs of on-site Septic Systems in the vicinity of the Site. <br /> 2. List of Underground Storage Tanks-Mitigation List <br /> 3. Register-Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge <br /> The register, by County Road, containing environmental information was not found. <br /> Septic repairs were noted as follows: <br /> PERMIT NO. ADDRESS REPAIR <br /> 87-996 101 S. Reid Rd. Add 40' line and 36" pit <br /> 75-511 525 S. Reid Rd. " " " " 33" " <br /> 79-289 11998 E.Copperopolis Rd. Add 65' line and 4x6x15 sump <br /> 74-478 13308 " Add 4x8x10 sump <br /> 09329 21132 Repair work by Walthall(not clear) <br /> 75-314 21242 Add 40' line and 33" pit <br /> Soil description on repair logs indicates adobe. <br /> Record data from other sources have not yet responded. Should the response contain any data <br /> pertinent to this study, it will be furnished as Addendum No. 1. <br /> AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH <br /> The aerial photograph (1970-1977) shows the residence (east of the parcel to be subdivided) and <br /> indicates pasture or grassland on the site to be subdivided. <br />
