REVIEW OF AVAILABLE LOCAL DATA <br /> At present we have not found any data indicating the site would need testing of the soil, air or <br /> water. During the preparation of the Soil Suitability Study the water from the existing well at the <br /> residence will be tested for DBCP and Nitrates. The remote location of the site and the absence of <br /> industrial and manufacturing activities indicate further studies at this site are not warranted. The <br /> site was visited in June, 2002 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT RECORDS REVIEW <br /> On June 17th, 2002, a search and review was made at the EHD in Stockton, California of the <br /> following : <br /> 1. Repairs of on-site Septic Systems in the vicinity of the Site. <br /> 2. List of Underground Storage Tanks-Mitigation List <br /> 3. Register-Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge <br /> The register, by County Road, containing environmental information was not found. <br /> Septic repairs were noted as follows: <br /> PERMIT NO.
