(2) A minimum of nine (9) parking spaces shall be provided, including one van accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C C.R., Title <br /> 24). (2 spaces are required for every 1,000 square foot of building, 0.67 spaces are required for <br /> every employee and 1 space per stored vehicle is required.) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3) <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however. that such <br /> light shall no cause a hazard to motorists. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of-ways. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or <br /> residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> j SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and san Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled.
