The project is proposed in two <br /> phases. Phase 1 (building permits to be issued within 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval) is to include the body shop only. Phase 2 (building permits to be issued within 36 <br /> months from the effective date of approval) is to include the paint shop and paint booth; located <br /> on the east side of Report Avenue, Stockton. (Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: D.C.G. Investments APPLICANT: Chantzis, Ilias <br /> ADDRESS: 1350 N. Report Avenue, Stockton APN: 143-150-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Report Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 50-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)(Resolution R-00433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule.
