Actual material samples need to be collected to determine if <br /> transformers are PCB-containing. <br /> Ten pole-mounted transformers were observed on the subject property during the site inspection. <br /> The transformers are owned and operated by SMUD. No spills, staining or leaks were observed <br /> on or around the transformers. Based on the good condition of the equipment, the transformers <br /> are not expected to represent a significant environmental concern.
