March Lane, Suite 1 <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> PROPOSED PARCEL SPLIT <br /> A & M FAP-MS PROPERTY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> MS-91-33 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Presented in this report are the results of our septic syst_ 1 <br /> suitability study performed for the pr=posed parcel split of the <br /> A & M Farms property. The property is located at the northeast and <br /> southeast corners of Eight Mile and Rio Blanco Roads, west of <br /> Stockton in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan showing <br /> the approximate location of the property is presented on Plate I <br /> of this report. <br /> We understand that the approximate 831-acre property will be split <br /> into four parcels of ' approximately 51. 4 , 64 . 8 , 60 . 5 and 654 . 3 <br /> acres . Existing abandoned residences and adjacent structures, <br /> wells and septic systems are located on the proposed parcels 1 and <br /> 4 . Any proposed construction planned at this time is not known to <br /> our firm.
