A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map to indicate that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Demolition of all dilapidated structures on Parcel 3 and <br /> removal of all demolition material from premises to an <br /> approved landfill site shall be completed prior to <br /> development. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation on Parcel 3 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to development. <br /> f. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) on Parcel <br /> 3 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 3. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC: <br /> a. Ten-foot wide public utility easements shall be dedicated <br /> for PG&E' s existing pole lines and anchor guys on the <br /> site. <br /> 4. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government -Cade. - - -- - - -- - -- <br />
