In <br /> i taking this action, the Division has also certified that the <br /> F Environmental Impact Report, -,prepared for the overall project of <br /> which this application is a part, (ER-88-9) was prepared pursuant <br /> to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> Findings of Significant Environmental Impact and a Statement of <br /> Overriding Considerations, attached, have also been adopted for <br /> this project. <br /> i <br /> If you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the J <br /> Development Services Division office. The ten-day appeal period <br /> will expire on September 9, 1991, at 5: 00 p.m. If no appeal has <br /> been filed, the action will become final at that time. <br /> jl <br /> Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County <br /> Surveyor prior to September 9, 1993, the expiration date of the <br /> tentative parcel map approvals You should contact the responsible <br /> agencies for assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of Approval. <br /> The Parcel. Map is to be submitted to the County Surveyor through <br /> the Public Services Division of the Department of Public Works. <br /> Under provisions of California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) <br /> Regulations that became effective on January 1, 1991, the Community i <br /> Development Department has referred your application to the DFG for <br /> an assessment of its potential for individual and cumulative <br /> impacts upon wildlife resources. The result of that agency' s <br /> assessment is that your project will result in adverse effects. A <br /> Notice of Determination will be prepared, though, based upon <br /> actions taken by the Board of Supervisors on the A. & M. Farms <br /> project applications.
