LUCCA WINERY
SOIL SUITABILITY & NITRATE LOADING STUDY MAY 2013
VI. LIMITATIONS
The findings, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from
standard engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature
and agency consultations. Information in this report is deemed reliable by the sources
from where it was obtained. Results of the percolation testing should be assumed to
only represent the subsurface conditions encountered in the specific area of testing and
not of the entire proposed effluent disposal area.
This report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are
extremely variable and complex within the environment. Although there are several
methods to predict environmental impact from a septic system, San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department Sewage Standards and requirements have been
employed for these purposes, and for this project. Therefore, no guarantee or warranty
-. concerning any aspect of this investigation, is expressed or implied.
The opportunity to provide this service for you is appreciated. If there should be any
questions regarding to the information contained within this report, please contact the
undersigned.
NLS§ 5.1, SSS§ 7.1.
Respectfully submitted,
Vince Lucchesi, P.E.
Registered Civil Engineer#C77712
Page16
