i r r) <br /> REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-9 <br /> loppini <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-9 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 2,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 1, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher, 468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptionsshall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcel 1 shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet. (DevelopmentTitle Table 9-610.2) <br /> (2) Parcel 1 shall have a minimum lot area of two acres. (DevelopmentTitle Table 9-8722) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: A rescission of the California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)and an application for the Williamson Act shall be filed prior to <br /> recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel <br /> configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
