CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1100151 <br /> RJM VINEYARDS/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1100151 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 23, 2012, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 22, 2013, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff:John L. Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four parcels as shown on <br /> the revised site plan dated March 14, 2012. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and shall <br /> enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The "Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment' shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract has been deemed complete. <br /> Filing fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d) PLANNING APPLICATION PA-1200037: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application PA- <br /> 1200037 shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"for application PA-1100151. <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Seethe attached memo dated February 22, 2012) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> The proposed application is consistent with Government Code Section 51257. <br />
