River Road, Ripon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Final/Parcel Map or <br /> Certificate of Compliance(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br /> fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Final/Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. The Surface Subsurface Contamination report indicates there are abandoned underground storage <br /> tank(s)on Parcel #6. Submit an application for permit to remove any existing underground storage <br /> tanks to the Environmental Health Department. The UST(s) shall be removed prior to recordation of <br /> Final/Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance. <br /> D. The Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) on Parcel(s)#2 and#6(or if <br /> applicable an out of service well permit may be obtained for Parcel #6), be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:tl <br />
