No wells are <br /> depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> b. I L8 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on January 12, 2006. Photographs of <br /> ►a the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> r. The subject property was observed to be comprised of three distinct sections. The west and east side <br /> of the subject property are planted vineyard.The middle section is barren land,and will be planted with <br /> vineyard in the spring. <br /> The northern section of the property is on a slope.According to Mr.McManis the San Joaquin County <br /> Irrigation District owns the section of land along the northern property line. Located on the District <br /> r. land are several mounts of dirt, concrete and rock.They appear to be material from an offsite source. <br /> There are two pumping stations on t�i wesder�f the sub ect roperty <br /> there are plans for their removal.
