A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to the recordation of the Parcel Map. A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or EPA Design Manual for on site wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of S78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropene <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.7) <br /> 3. The domestic well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environn�entai Health <br /> Division by installing a cement surface seal between the casing and the existing cement <br /> pedestal.
