MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM ORDER NO. -2- <br /> RJM ENTERPRISES,BROWNS LAKE RANCH,AND <br /> RIVERCREST VINEYARDS,INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Freeboard Feet Measurement Monthly Monthly <br /> BODS mg/1 Grab Monthly Monthly. <br /> Nitrates as Nitrogen mg/1 Grab Monthly Monthly- <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Grab Monthly Monthly <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Groundwater samples shall be collected from each groundwater monitoring well in accordance with the <br /> approved Groundwater Monitoring Workplan. Each groundwater monitoring well shall be monitored <br /> at least for the following: <br /> Constituents Units _Type of Sample Sampling and Reporting Frequency <br /> Groundwater Elevation 0.01 feet Measurement Quarterly <br /> Volatile Organic Compounds' µg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Nitrates as Nitrogen mg/l Grab Quarterly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Grab Quarterly <br /> Standard Minerals' mg/l Grab Semi-Annual <br /> Specific Conductivity µmhos/cm Grab Quarterly <br /> PH pH units Grab Quarterly <br /> ' Standard Minerals shall include the following compounds: Calcium,Magnesium, Sodium, Chloride,Nitrate, <br /> Sulfate,Total Alkalinity(including alkalinity_series),and Hardness. <br /> ' Volatile Organic Analysis to be performed by EPA Method 8010 or other analytical method approved by Board <br /> staff. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, <br /> sample type (e.g., effluent, pond, groundwater well, etc.), and reported analytical result for each sample <br /> are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to clearly illustrate compliance <br /> with waste discharge requirements and spatial or temporal trends, as applicable. The results of any <br /> monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program shall be reported in the next scheduled monitoring report. <br /> As required by the California Business and Professions Code Sections 6735, 7835, and 78')5. all <br /> groundwater monitoring reports shall be prepared under the direct supervision of a registered <br /> professional engineer or geologist and signed by the registered professional. <br /> A. Monthly Monitoring Reports <br /> Monthly reports for effluent and holding pond shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 30" day <br /> of the following month. Monthly reports for the months of March, June, September, and December <br /> may be submitted as part of the Quarterly Monitoring Report, if desired. <br />
