The applicant <br /> is requesting to extend phasing from 8 years to add an additional 9 years to extend the completion date to <br /> 2015. The requested change to Condition 1.d. is shown below: <br /> 1.d. Phasing: Phasing is approved for 8 17 years. All required building permit applications for the <br /> approved uses shall be submitted within 8 17 years of the effective date of approval for this <br /> application.
