MAINTENANCE/SHOP BUILDING ADDITION 1999 <br /> The letters used to denote the above improvements are consistent with the designations on the Site Plan <br /> for the project. <br /> The bulk of operations will occur during the grape crush, from approximately August 15 to October 1. <br /> During this time, there will be two shifts running, one from 3:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and another from <br /> 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. During the off-peak season, from approximately October 2 to August 14, one <br /> shift will operate daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Truck traffic may occur throughout the year on a 24- <br /> hour basis. <br /> During peak harvest, at full buildout, a total of 47 trucks per day are anticipated. During the rest of the <br /> year, only one or two trucks per day are expected. During harvest season, 14 persons are anticipated to <br /> be employed per day in Phase I, with up to 60 persons in the final phase. During the remaining months, <br /> seven people will be employed in Phase I, and up to 40 people will be employed in Phase V.
