Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to the issuance of a building permit as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee <br /> of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or EPA <br /> Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. Subject to an acceptable soil suitability study, the destruction of the existing septic system <br /> and the construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> The sewage disposal system shall, at a minimum, consist of a 1600 gallon capacity septic <br /> tank with a Zabel effluent filter or equivalent and 300 linear feet of leach line or equivalent An <br /> area designated for the sewage disposal system (proposed and 100% replacement area) <br /> must be barricaded or enclosed in such a way that no vehicular traffic or other use is allowed <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Sections 9-1110.4(c)(5))- <br /> 3. The destruction of the existing domestic well and the construction of a new well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development(San Joaquin County Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> 4. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> 5. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> .A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
