River Road, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, <br /> Title 22 will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> and 9-1110.4); Repair may be deemed necessary at the time the school becomes fully <br /> occupied. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
