CONTI ENGINEERING SERVICES) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Minor Subdivision Application for the <br /> division of two parcels into four parcels. Parcel One to contain 14, 967 square feet, <br /> Parcel Two to contain 7,498 square feet, Parcel Three to contain 8,829 square feet, <br /> Parcel Four to contain 7,740 square feet. <br /> The parcel is located at the north terminus of Nina Avenue, 200 feet north of La Jolla <br /> Drive, Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Minor Subdivision <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> Minor Subdivision Application No. was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is .
