The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to issuance of building permit(s). A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required on Parcel B. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
