Property Address: 22713 East River Road <br /> Minor Sub Number: 92-168 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> - This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject parcel <br /> referenced above. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for a septic system with regard to producing no <br /> adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or the underlying <br /> groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements <br /> of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 3323 . <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site consists of two parcels, Parcel No. 1 and Parcel <br /> No. 2 that are approximately 1. 5 and 40 acres each, respectively. <br /> Parcel No. 2 is the subject parcel . The subject parcel currently <br /> is a producing almond orchard.
