Gau <br /> 24754 E. River Road, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD <br /> 2. Submit improvement plans designed by a registered engineer to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review. Plans for the development shall <br /> include the well locations, building locations, and all subsurface sewage <br /> disposal areas. <br /> 3. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: ^C. <br /> a.
