Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275. 00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p.m. on July 10, <br /> 1997. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4 : 30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: Because the use has already been established, this <br /> action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval <br /> within the next six (6) months (by December 30, 1997) .
