River Road, Escalon <br /> i <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to <br /> this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to <br /> ' v the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The <br /> studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. <br /> A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Submit three(3)sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review and <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (Califomia Retail Food Code,Article 1, 114380). A <br /> review fee of$294.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy if existing well does not meet public water standards. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of <br /> pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R.,Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/ <br /> Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3&9-1110.4). <br /> F_ Refuse,garbage,and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an approved <br /> disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
