Issues believed to be reconciled by the applicant related to endangered species have resurfaced. As a result discussions with San Joaquin County, <br /> addressing these issues have recommenced and will not be completed prior to the expiration date on the approved Quarry Excavation Application No. <br /> PA-0500403('Permit'). A time extension to the Permit is now required to resolve these potential issues. <br /> 2.A Report of Waste Discharge to update an existing Waste Discharge Requirement "WDR' was submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board('RWQCB'.The RWQCB is reviewing the application,but a final updated WDR will not be available by the Permit expiration <br /> date.
