As many of us reported to you when <br /> the mining/processing application was under consideration about four years ago,. <br /> applicant,Munn &Perkins (property owner: Aggregates, Inc,Modesto)has out grown its <br /> location, is a major community nuisance (truck traffic, dust, and noise)and should be <br /> required to terminate its activities, much less be allowed to develop further. <br /> As I am sure you know, Munn& Perkins has not respected the requirements of your <br /> permit and now they are requesting further flexibility. Please recognize your authority. <br /> and responsibility and deny their request.
