The number of <br /> extended nights of operation will not exceed 125 nights per year provided there are no unexpected delays It will <br /> be limited to the asphalt batch plant loaders water truck and scale house The crushing of rock and excavation <br /> activities will not be permitted between the hours of 9'00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> The Revisions of Approved Actions request will not remove any of the existing previously approved conditions of <br /> approval. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval. <br /> San Joaquin County " QX-89-0002/Aggregates Inc. <br /> �.
