(GRI) <br /> is requesting an extension of its 12-year Quarry Excavation permit scheduled to expire in 2015, to 25 <br /> years, to expire in 2028. Reclamation of each mining phase would occur and be completed within 2 <br /> years of the cessation of excavation activity in that particular phase, in accordance with Development <br /> Title 1415.3[0], and Condition 1.1. Final reclamation of the last phase would be completed by 2030. <br /> Proposed revision to the Conditional language is as follows: <br /> Condition l.a. (proposed revision) <br /> "This is a Quarry Excavation application to remove approximately 2.4 million cubic yards of rock, sand, <br /> and gravel from approximately 71 acres of an 80-acre site over a -year period.
