Attachment#1 <br /> The proposed small winery, Hartman Family Vineyards,LLC will be located at 28800 E River Rd, Escalon <br /> CA in San Joaquin County. The resident premises is also located on this parcel.The public access will be <br /> from Burwood Rd (#3 on site plan). This is a small family operation and all agriculture, wine production <br /> and processing will be handled exclusively by the family living on the premises. There are 2.5 acres of <br /> grapes planted on this parcel which will be used to produce wine. In conjunction, we will outsource 4-6 <br /> tons of grapes. The annual production will be a minimum of 12 tons(approximately 2,181 gallons) and a <br /> maximum production of 20 tons(approximately 3,636 gallons). The production will take place in our <br /> designated Out Building (#1 on the site plan).There is a temperature controlled environment located <br /> within the designated Out Building to accommodate wine storage. Distrubution and sales will be made <br /> through relationships and by appointment only wine sales. There is no tasting room on site. We do <br /> want to reserve the right for an annual or potentially bi-annual Wine Release to Members only. This <br /> would allow the Members to pick up their wine shipments and Hartman Family Vineyards to show their <br /> customer appreciation by providing a BBQ or meal. This would fall under the Accessory Winery Events. <br /> This event would be hosted in the Out Building(#1)or on the cement pad (#2 on the site plan).This <br /> small winery will have no to little impact on the surrounding areas, which is heavy agricultural. <br /> Attachment#2 <br /> The operation will be ran exclusively by the owner/family members. There will be no employees or <br /> vendor deliveries. <br /> Attachment#3 <br /> Materials produced: Wine <br /> Materials Stored and used for the wine production: <br /> Wine, oak barrels,glass bottles, corks,capsule and macro-bins. <br /> Materials used for vineyard and grape production: <br /> Potassium, metabisulphite, nu-cop 50, microthiol (sulfur), broad spread, souran fungicide, bornon <br /> nutrient, round up (herbicide),Trellis(herbicide),and Macho (pesticide). <br />
