i. <br /> 4 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-15 <br /> JC Custom Homes, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-15 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 16, 1998, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 16, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Kai Luoma, 468-9567) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
