Riviera Estates Page 3 <br /> Our Project Number: E07092A <br /> June 26, 2007 <br /> In the 1963 photo, two residences are apparent on the property. The adjacent properties to <br /> the west and north sides of the property are also residences. Vicinity properties to the east and <br /> south are similar to the previous photo. <br /> In the 1975 and 1983 photos, the property and vicinity remain relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. <br /> In the 1999 and 2002 photos, the property and vicinity remain the same as previous years <br /> except ships are no longer apparent at Rough and Ready Island. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Stockton West, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1987, was obtained <br /> from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1987 map, the subject property is depicted as two residences. The property is depicted <br /> approximately five feet above mean sea level. Surrounding properties to the north are depicted <br /> as residences. To the east is Stockton Golf and Country Club. To the west are residences, and <br /> to the south is the San Joaquin River and Rough and Ready Island. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed on June 19, 2007 by Michele Hackett, <br /> property owner of Parcel 21, 4108 Riviera Drive and authorized representative of Parcel 20, <br /> 4100 Riviera Drive. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> In her responses to the questionnaire, Ms. Hackett indicated that Parcel 20 was purchased in <br /> 2000 by Richard C. and Carolyn Hackett. A single family residence has been on the property <br /> since 1960. The residence is heated and cooled by a central electric system. Water to the <br /> property is provided by public water system and waste water disposal is provided by public <br /> sewer system. <br /> In response to the questionnaire regarding Parcel 21, Ms. Hackett indicated the property was <br /> purchased in 2006 by Ben & Michelle Focke and Richard & Michele Hackett. A single family <br /> residence was located on the property from 1957 to 2006; however, the structure no longer <br /> exists on the property. The residence was heated and cooled by a central electric system. <br /> Water to the property was provided by public water system and waste water disposal was <br /> provided by public sewer system. <br /> NEIL O .
