CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500172 <br /> CRAIG <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. ,PA-1500172 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 15, 2015,. which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on March 16, 2017,which is,18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be'complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice-of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the.site <br /> plan dated September 3, 2015. <br /> b. iNOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT:.A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds'by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted. to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by-a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,-or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
