The lot line adjustment between four <br /> parcels. Parcel One, Two and Three to contain 3.0-acres and Parcel Four to contain 64.92-acres. <br /> The project is located on the West side of South Roberts Road, approximately 3.000 feet South <br /> of West Muller Road, West of Stockton. <br /> This project will not require any land conversions. <br /> Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered <br /> species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
