The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> ' Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-872.4) <br /> Ei 2.
