l CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> �I LA-01-45 <br /> JJl Faria,et al <br /> €1 Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-45 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> '{ Development Department on December4,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> FNotice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> I ! This approval will expire on June 5, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> €� 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jose Rubianes, 953-7509) <br /> ' a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated October23,2001. <br /> �i <br /> E� b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> ' Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-872.4) <br /> Ei 2.
