Plans shall include the design <br /> of the entire dairy facility (milking barn, corrals, free stall housing, shelter sheds, dry <br /> cow facilities, calf barns, and waste water ponds); California Food and Agricultural <br /> Code, Division 15, Chapter 5, Article 2, Section 33481-33487.
