Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> d. The irrigation well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Provide a sanitary seal between the <br /> turbine pump and the well casing on parcel #C. <br /> e.
