During the winter months, manure is scraped and piled bi-weekly. <br /> 2. In the spring, the manure is dried and later hauled away in bulk. <br /> 3. In the summer months, the manure is scraped and piled and then hauled away in bulk. <br /> 4. No solid waste or sludge is dumped or pumped into the evaporation pond. Any runoff <br /> from the corrals and roads drains into the pond. <br /> 5.
