The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department According to Diane Martinez5 of the EHD, no files were available for the subject property address of 21301 North Rond Road. The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2007 and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on February 13, 2007. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (CES) website6 was searched on February 12, 2007 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES, the following incident reports are on file at that agency for the subject property or properties within one-quarter mile 7: Address Date Incident Peltier Rd. SB on-ramp to 1-5 August 24, 2001 Overturned big rig spilling diesel into a creek, 40-80 gallons S. side of Peltier 1/8 mile west of October 21, 2002 20 gallons of hydraulic oil spilled Rond Rd. South bound 1-5 at Peltier exit December 6, 2002 Overturned Truck, diesel spill Rond Road, south of Peltier September 5, 2003 55-gallon drum of waste oil abandoned, no release. Rond Rd, 500 ft of Peltier November 18, 2003 Possible drub lab containers on side of road Peltier Rd. 1 mile west of Rond Rd December 27, 2006 Ten 5-gallon containers abandoned on side of road, no release. Due to the dates, nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed, the environmental impact to the subject property from these incidents is expected to be minimal.
