i s <br /> Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> B-10- <br /> MOTION: <br /> APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE ASSOCIATES <br /> FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br /> FOR THE UNION PACIFIC INTERMODAL FACILITY EXPANSION <br /> AND RELATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby approve the Agreement with <br /> Environmental Science Associates (ESA) which is on file with the Clerk of the Board; and <br /> authorizes the Board Chairman to execute the Agreement, which is on file with the Clerk of the <br /> Board; and instructs the Auditor-Controller to increase expense appropriations in the <br /> Community Development Department's budget by $484,430, including a contingency reserve <br /> of$80,738, with offsetting revenues.(4/5ths vote required) <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on November 9. 2010 by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors,to wit. <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> LOIS M.SAHYOUN <br /> Clerk of the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> State of California <br /> COS 12(2187) <br />
