Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated October 1993, incorporating the <br /> proposed staff and customer use for the expansion of the existing intermodal facility shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> Joaquin <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joa q <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> speck purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
