Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated October 1993, incorporating the proposed staff and customer use for the expansion of the existing intermodal facility shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. Joaquin The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joa q County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. B. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that speck purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6).
