UP therefore wishes to remove this mitigation measure from the project and has retained Trinity <br /> Consultants to prepare the appropriate document under the California Environmental Quality Act ( " CEQA" ) documenting <br /> and supporting its removal pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines . <br /> Revised phasing for project parking for employee/visitor parking - Parking for employees and visitors is proposed <br /> to be rephased per County requirements as set forth in the Revised Phasing Plan with further explanation in <br /> an email from Barry J . Shotts , outside real estate counsel to UP , to Stephanie Stowers with County CDD . <br /> Remove Condition 1 . c .
