Roth <br /> Road in the unincorporated San Joaquin County. The Planning Commission also certified the Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. <br /> 2010082016)for the project. The project proposes the modernization and expansion of the existing intermodal facility in two primary <br /> phases over an approximately ten year period and requires a capital investment of approximately$248 million.
