It is further exempt pursuant to <br /> CEQA Guidelines Section 15183(a) a project consistent with the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report <br /> ("EIR"-SCH #2010082016) was certified. Furthermore, pursuant to CEQA Section 15162, no further environmental <br /> documentation is required. An EIR was certified for the previously approved project (Use Permit, Planning Application No. <br /> PA-0900184). <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than May 12, 2015.
