PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Roth Road, 1,840 feet west of Airport Way, French Camp. Roth Road, French Camp) (Supervisorial District 3) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, the project is exempt from CEQA since it does not have the potential to significantly affect the environment. It is further exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183(a) a project consistent with the General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report ("EIR"-SCH #2010082016) was certified. Furthermore, pursuant to CEQA Section 15162, no further environmental documentation is required. An EIR was certified for the previously approved project (Use Permit, Planning Application No. PA-0900184). APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than May 12, 2015. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project. You will receive notice of the date, time, and place of the public hearing at a later date.
