These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show <br /> on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> The existing maintenance building septic system shown on the map does not reflect <br /> accurately the location of all existing leach fields according to the following septic system <br /> permits: (SR0043988, SR0043989 and SR0049400). <br /> B. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) which can be <br /> found at cers.calepa.ca.gov/for the following: <br /> a. Any amount of hazardous waste (for distribution centers this may include broken <br /> or damaged pallets (or individual containers) of hazardous materials, soaps, <br /> perfumes, cleaners, dyes, nicotine, over the counter medicines, or other <br /> household items packaged for sale that have been damaged; used oil, used oil <br /> filters, used oil-contaminated absorbent/debris, waste antifreeze, used batteries or <br /> other universal waste, etc.)—Hazardous Waste Program <br /> 1868 E.
