Roth Road, French Camp <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility <br /> lines. <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> C. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2401. <br /> d. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> e. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> f. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health care xrvices Q <br />
