Martin <br /> 801 East Roth Road, French Camp <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is designed for and that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a <br /> storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days <br /> per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health tare Senices �� <br />
