ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> Fin_dinas for Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> 1. There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such <br /> map no longer appropriate or necessary; <br /> • This finding can be made because the Condition of Approval for Parcel Map <br /> PM-83-0012 for a 30-foot wide reservation for a future roadway is no longer <br /> needed. The Department of Public Works sent a letter dated November 1, <br /> 2012 stating that they have no objection to the Revisions of Approved Actions <br /> application. They also said that there are no plans to build a future right-of- <br /> way along the subject parcel or in the immediate area. <br /> 2. The amendment does not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of <br /> the property; <br /> • This finding can be made because the removal of the requested condition of <br /> approval would remove a burden on the present owner of the parcel. The <br /> owner has stated that he has plans for a truck parking business on the parcel, <br /> and that the condition of approval requiring a 30-foot reservation for a <br /> future roadway along the west property line of the parcel would severely <br /> limit access to the property. <br /> 3. The amendment does not alter any right, title, or interest in the real property reflected <br /> on the recorded map. <br /> • This finding can be made because the removal of the condition of approval <br /> requiring a 30-foot reservation for a future roadway along the west property <br /> line of the parcel would not alter any right, title, or interest in the subject <br /> parcel. The property owner would retain all the rights and privileges that <br /> have already been on the parcel. <br />
