Description of the proposed Revisions: Revision in BOS resolution R-83-142 in regards to Condition of Approval#01 for Parcel Map No. PM-83-12. Condition states to"Provide a 30'wide reserve for a future street along west line of Parcel B." 2. State the facts showina the changes in circumstances which make the subject condition(s)no longer appropriate or necessary. The condition was necessitated due to 42'future street easement left by property owner/s on the west side parcel/s due to sub- division of their property as seen in Assessors'Map Book S35-32(Page 63 of the archived resolution-copy attached). However, in the recent Assessor's parcel map,west side property's sub-division is no longer there. Since this 30'easement was never dedicated/recorded and is no longer serving west side property owner,it needs to be removed from the Parcel Map PM-83-12. Due to this easement,the front portion of parcel becomes too narrow to be used in future development AUTHORIZATION SIGNATURES ONLY THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY OR AN AUTHORIZED AGENT MAY FILE AN APPLICATION.
